摘要
针对白云鄂博稀土尾矿利用率低的问题,为拓展其利用范围,研究了白云鄂博稀土尾矿对半焦助燃脱硝的影响。在自制的燃烧平台对稀土尾矿的脱硝效果进行分析,采用热重分析仪对配入不同稀土尾矿比率的半焦试样的着火点、燃尽温度、燃尽时间、综合燃烧特性指数等参数进行了分析,探讨了稀土尾矿的配入量对半焦燃烧性能的影响,同时利用扫描电镜和X射线衍射对燃烧后试样进行对比分析,进一步研究稀土尾矿对半焦燃烧影响的原因,结果表明,稀土尾矿的加入有助于半焦燃烧产物中氮氧化物的减少,在加入适量的稀土尾矿时有助于半焦的燃烧,当稀土尾矿的加入量在20%及以下时其对半焦助燃脱硝效果最好。
Influence of Baiyun Obo rare earth tailings on semi coke combustion and denitration was studied on homemade burning platform.Ignition point,burnout temperature,burning time and burning characteristics of semi-coke samples with different addition of the tailings were investigated by thermal gravimetric analyzer.The combustion residues were analyzed with SEM and XRD.The results showed that addition of the tailings was beneficial to reduce content of nitrogen oxide in semi-coke combustion residues;Adding suitable amount of the tailings improved the combustion of semi-coke;When amount of the tailings was not more than 20%,the combustion-supporting and denitration effect of semi-coke was the best.
