摘要
确立了铸件凝固时间与金属型、铸件本身的函数关系,并根据铸件凝固补缩的原理,导出了近共晶成分合金的缩松预测参数,它们共同成为设计金属型的主要依据。由此,可以快速地设计出金属型本体。
The functional relationship between TF (casting solidification time) and (mold thickness/ casting thickness) was determined based on experiment. A new parameter for shrinkage prediction of the near eutectic alloy was obtained according to the theary of microscopic shrinkage feeding channel. It becomes the main foundation for designing a permanent mold. And a new designing method was presented, by which a permanent mold can be designed rapidly and reasonably.
