摘要
用单扫描极谱法研究了Cu^2和双水杨醛乙二胺形成络合物的条件及反应机理.在pH=4.50的HAc~NaAc缓冲溶液中,Cu^2与双水杨醛乙二胺络合并在-0.34V和-0.75V(vs.SCE.)两处产生两个灵敏的极谱还原峰.其峰电流在一定浓度范围内与Cu^2的浓度有线性关系.其检出下限均可达到1.0×10^(-8) mol·L^(-1).对电极反应的机理进行了研究,测定出两波的电极反应表面速率常数(K_s)_1和(k_s)_2分别为3.4s^(-1)和4.8 s^(-1).
This paper investigates the reaction conditions and mechanism of Cu(Ⅱ)-bis(salicyladehyde) ethylenediimine comoplex by single-sweep polarography. The Cu(Ⅱ)-bis(salicyladehyde) ethvlenediimine comlex in NaAc-HAc buffer solution at pH=4.50, then two sensitive polarographic reduce waves are formed at -0.34V and -0.75V The change of peak current with concentration of Cu(Ⅱ) is linear in the range from 4.8×10-8mol·L-1 to 5.0×10-5 mol·L-1 for Cu(Ⅱ). The detection limit is 1.0×10-8mol·L-1. Electrode reaction mechanism is investigated. The rate constant of surface electrochemical reaction is determined as ks1=3.4s-1,ks2=4.8s-1.
