我国高校行政管理人员职业化问题探讨

An Approach to the Professionalization of University Administrative Personnel in China

随着我国高等教育规模的高速扩展 ,高校与社会关系的日益密切 ,对高校行政管理也提出了更高的要求。在分析我国高校现行行政管理人员主要构成方式的基础上 ,提出高校行政管理人员必须职业化 。

With the growth of Chinese higher education in both size and scale, th e relations between the university and the society become closer and there emerg es a higher demand to the university administration. On basis of observation and analysis of the existing problems and drawbacks, it is proposed that profession alization of administrative personnel is a proper approach to be adopted.
