不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗稳定型心绞痛并慢性心力衰竭临床疗效的对比分析被引量：3

摘要目的分析治疗稳定型心绞痛并慢性心力衰竭患者应用不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀钙片的临床效果。方法在2017年6月至2019年6月期间随机挑选我院收治的稳定型心绞痛并慢性心力衰竭病患100例,采用随机分组法将其平均分为试验组和参照组,每组各为50例。参照组病患每天给予10mg的瑞舒伐他汀钙片,试验组患者给予20mg的瑞舒伐他汀钙片。结果就治疗效果而言,试验组患者效果显著优于参照组(P<0.05);LVEF、LVESV、LVEDV、NT-proBNP以及TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C等指标治疗前无显著性,治疗后为试验组显著优于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论治疗稳定型心绞痛并慢性心力衰竭患者应用不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀钙片效果良好,能够有效改善病患的心功能,值得大力推广。
