摘要
英国宪法政治的孕育、形成与发展,是一长期演进的历史过程。其要义是,要国王、重血统,但一步又一步地制衡、制约与缩小他的权力。这样,既保证了人心稳定、社会长治久安与发展,又使得社会中有自由、有财富,并且科技文化富有成就。在英国宪法政治的形成与发展中,贵族的作用、地方自治的作用不可低估。
British constitutional politics has undergone a long historical process.Its gist was to reserve the king and value blood relationship and gradually restricted and reduced his power.By so doing,it ensured popular stability,lasting political stability and development and guaranteed freedom,wealth and scientific & technological achievements.In this process,the nobility and local autonomy played a contributory role.
