摘要
自20世纪80年代以来,公民社会理论再度流行起来并成为当代学术研究领域的一个热门话题,它在西方政治家和公众中也产生了强烈的反响和共鸣。公民社会强调社会与国家和市场相分离,强调公开性、开放性、参与性和法治原则。党的十六大报告指出:发展社会主义民主政治,建设社会主义政治文明,是全面建设小康社会的重要目标。因此,如何建设政治文明是一个新的课题。研究公民社会理论对我国的政治文明建设具有积极的借鉴意义和参考价值。
Since the 1980s, the theory of citizen society has been popular again and become a subject in great demand of present academic research field, and it has also produced strong repercussion and sympathetic response in western politician and the public. The citizen society emphasizes the society separates from country and market, and emphasizes the principles of openness, participation and ruling by law. The reports of the Sixteenth National Congress point out: To develop socialist democratic politics and construct socialist political civilization is the important goal of overall constructing a comfortable society. Therefore, how to build political civilization is a new question for study. The author thinks to study the citizen society theory has positive reference meaning and value in our country's political civilization construction.
