Reflection on Reinforcing Management Control of Self-study Examination

自学考试具有开放、灵活等特点,需要加强管理控制。搞好自学考试管理控制工作需要把握确定工作标准、发现或预测工作偏差、纠正偏差或调整计划三个基本环节,以前馈控制、现场控制、反馈控制为手段,把自学考试管理控制落实到实处。

Because of the characteristics such as open and flexible, self-study examination need reinforce management control. To reinforce management control in self-study examination, we need grasp the three basic courses: determine duty standard, discover or forecast work deviation, and rectify deviation or adjust plan, and also need implement three control ways: feedback beforehand, scene control and feedback.
