摘要
党的十六大提出"形成全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会,促进人的全面发展"对国有企业尤其重要。国有企业应是强调"把人作为发展的中心"的单位、是科技创新的源泉和孵化器、是终生教育的学校。人的发展、科技创新、终身学习需要学习型组织。使全体成员全身心投入并有持续增长的学习力,让全体成员体会到工作中的生命意义,通过学习创造自我、扩展创造未来能量是缔造学习型组织的好处。贯彻"以人为本"的管理思想、开展项目管理、推行企业组织结构的整体改造是国有企业缔造学习型组织的主要途径。
The Sixteenth National Congress of the Party has put forward the ideas 'to form the learning type society of whole people study and lifelong study, to promote the overall development of person', which is especially important for the state-owned enterprise. The state-owned enterprise should be the unit that emphasizes 'making person the core of development', be the source and hatching ware of the science and technology innovation, and be the school for throughout life education. The person development, the science and technology innovation and lifelong study need learning type organization. The benefits to found learning type organization are to make all members throw themselves into studying wholeheartedly and have motive force of learning increased continuously, make all members realize the life meanings in work, and develop themselves and create future energy through learning. Implementing the management thought of 'making people be the foundation', developing project management, carrying out the overall transform of enterprise organization structure are the major channels for the state-owned enterprise to found the learning type organization.
