摘要
利用中国劳动力动态调查(CLDS)2016年微观数据,分析了社会互动对农村家庭创业决策和创业动机的影响。结果表明,社会互动的两个代理变量:人情礼金支出和人际交往程度均对农村家庭创业决策和机会型创业产生显著的正向影响。在考虑潜在的内生性问题和稳健性检验之后,所得结论依然成立。社会互动在不同年龄段及区域下对家庭创业决策和创业动机的影响存在显著性差异。
This paper analyzes the impact of social interaction on rural family entrepreneurship decision-making and entrepreneurial motivation based on 2016 microdata from China Labor Force Dynamic Survey(CLDS). Results show that, two agent variables of social interaction, the expenditure of human welfare and the level of interpersonal communication, have a significant positive impact on rural family entrepreneurial decision-making and opportunistic entrepreneurship. After considering potential endogeneity problems and robustness tests, the conclusions are still valid. Further research finds out that there are significant differences in the impact of social interaction on family entrepreneurial decision-making and entrepreneurial motivation in different age groups and regions.
