技术引进、自主创新与出口技术含量——兼论技术引进向自主创新的过程转变

Technology Import,Independent Innovation and Technology Content Embodied in Export——An Analysis of the Process Transformation between Technology Import and Independent Innovation

基于UN Comtrade相关数据,考察了技术引进、自主创新对行业出口技术含量的影响,探讨了以出口技术含量衡量视角下技术引进与自主创新的边界识别及其转变。经验研究发现:技术引进与自主创新皆对出口技术含量有积极影响,并且自主创新相比于技术引进对出口技术含量的影响呈现逐步增大的趋势。技术引进向自主创新的转变与制造业技术发展水平有关,低技术产业仍存在技术引进的路径依赖,而中高技术产业已经具备"技术轨道"跃迁的时机。

Based on UN Comtrade data,this paper investigate the influence of technology import and independent innovation on the technology content embodied in export,and it discusses the boundary identification and transformation between techshows that,technology import and independent innovation both have a positive impact on the technology content embodied in export,and the impact of independent innovation on the technology content embodied in export is greater than that of technology import.The boundary between technology import and independent innovation varies across the level of technological development of manufacturing industry.In the low-level technology industries,there is a path-dependence on technology introduction,while in the middle-level,high-level technology industries,the opportunity of'technological trajectories'is already available.
