ECLIPS-5700测井系统是当今最先进的测井设备之一,它采用的是WTS通讯系统,WTS是"Wireline Telemetry Systems"(电缆遥测系统)的英文字母缩写,其最快传送速率为230KB(千比特),能很好地完成5700测井时大数据量的传输任务,是当今世界速度最快的测井通讯系统之一。5700 WTS通讯就是指地面与井下仪器之间的通讯,其中井下仪器负责并下仪器的通讯部分:接收命令、采集数据,数据的初步处理和向地面发送数据;地面系统负责地面通讯部分,向井下仪发送命令,接收井下仪器的数据信号。地面通讯主要由5756接线控制面板和5750电缆信号处理板组成。命令用M2下传,而数据的传输有3种:M2数据、M5数据和M7数据。5700 WTS遥测系统调制编码方式采用曼切斯特码,文章对于该编码方式作了全面地研究,指出了采用该编码方式的优点和规则。

The ECLIPS-5700 logging system is one of the best logging equipments in the world which uses the WTS communication system. The WTS is the acronym of 'wirehne telemetry system', which has a maximum of data transmission rate of 230KB. It can complete transmitting the large blocks data of 5700 logging nicely, it's one of the fastest logging communication systems in the world. The 5700 WTS communication sends command and data between surface and downhole tools, and the downhole tools is responsible for the downhole tools communication:re ceiving command, collecting data, primary transacting data and sending data to surface; the surface system is responsible for the surface communication, which sends command to downhole tools and receives data, and handles the logging data. The surface communication system consists of 5756 LCP(Line Control Panel) and 5750 DAPS (data acquisition/processing panel). The surface system sends the command by mode2, but the data is transmitted in three modes on the wire line: mode2, mode5 and mode7. The WTS communication system uses Manchester code. The paper makes a particular research for the Manchester code and indicates the advantage and rule.
