摘要
知识经济时代凸显了创新人才的价值 ,创新人才的培养日益受到人们的关注。创新人才是个"多意性"概念 ,不同的人、站在不同的视角对创新人才有不同的理解。我国创新人才培养不力的现实引领我们警醒。要从根本上改变现状 ,应该从制度建设着手 ,为创新人才成长营造良好的环境。
The knowledge-based economy requires talents with creative abilities and the cultivating of talents has aroused great concern.However different people may have differefnt perspecitives toward this issue.It has drawn our attention to its inefficiency. Therefore,to change the situaton,it is imperative to start our work on restructuring the systems so as to build a favourable environment for the cultivation of talents.
