Epo的促血管生成作用与子宫内膜异位症

摘要 促红细胞生成素是近年来研究比较热门的一种有促进新生血管生成的细胞因子 ,其参与了缺血神经元的保护、肿瘤血管生成等生理病理过程。新生血管的生成是子宫内膜异位症发病过程中的关键一环 ,不少研究表明 ,促红细胞生成素参与了子宫内膜异位症的发病过程。 Erythropoietin (Epo) is an important cellular factor which can promote angiogenesis. It has been proved that Epo participates in some pathophysiological processes such as protection of ischemic neurons and angiogenesis of neoplasm. Angiogenesis is a critical step in pathogenic course of endometriosis, and many studies showed that Epo participates in this pathogenic course. This review summarized all above.
