针对当前教育只重视传授知识、忽略心理及灵魂教育的现状 ,阐述了在大学阶段对学生应进行心理及灵魂教育的必要性 ,并从情感与尊重、倾听与说服、激励与感化三个方面论证了如何进行心理及灵魂教育。

In the light of the present condition of education, which only focuses on teaching knowledge, but neglects the education on psychology and soul, the author of the article proposes that education on psychology and soul should be carried out among students at the stage of their college study. Expounding the necessity and significance of education on psychology and soul, the author explains to prove how to carry out the education in three aspects-feelings and respect, listening attentively and persuasion, encouragement and affection.
