尿酸利仙含药血清对H_2O_2所致内皮细胞损伤的影响

The Effect of Medicinal Serum of Niaosuan Lixian on Endothelial Cell Injury Caused by H_2 O_2

目的 :观察尿酸利仙含药血清对浓度为 1 0 0 μmol/L(简写为 μM)H2 O2 诱导的人血管内皮细胞 (Endothelialcellofvessels,ECV)损伤的影响。方法 :用MTT法测定终末浓度为 1 0 0 μMH2 O2 对不同浓度的尿酸利仙含药血清及正常人血清预处理的ECV存活力的影响。结果 :与同浓度正常人血清预处理的H2 O2 组相比 ,1 %、5 %浓度的含药血清加H2 O2 组能减轻 1 0 0 μMHO诱导的损伤 ,而 1 0 %浓度的含药血清加H2 O2 组能基本消除H2 O2 的损伤。不同浓度的含药血清组对未与H2 O2 接触的ECV存活力无影响。结论 :尿酸利仙含药血清能拮抗H2 O2 对ECV的损伤 。

Objective:Observe the effect of medicinal serum of Niaosuan Lixian on the endothelial cell injury of human vessels(ECV)induced by H 2 O 2 at concentration of 100umol/L Method:Measure the effect of 100uM H 2 O 2 of the end concentration on the medicinal serum of uric acid at different concentrations(1%～10%)and the ECV survival rate of normal persons serum after pre processing Result:Compared with H 2 O 2 group at the same concentation of normal persons pre processed serum, for the group of medicinal serum at the concentrations of 1% and 5% added with H 2 O 2 ,the injury induced by 100uM H 2 O 2 was alleviated;for the group of medicinal serum at the concentration of 10% added with H 2 O 2 ,the H 2 O 2 injury could basically disappear The medicinal groups at different concentrations (1%～10%) had no effect on ECV survival rate which was not contacted with H 2 O 2 Conclusion:Medicinal serum of Niaosuan Lixian can resist the injury of ECV caused by H 2 O 2 and protedct ECV.
