低成本硅溶胶型内墙涂料的研制

Development of Low Cost Silica Sol Based Interior Wall Coatings

以苯丙乳液和硅溶胶为主成膜物 ,膨润土为辅助粘结剂 ,加入适量的颜填料及助剂配制低成本内墙涂料。讨论了原材料的选择、成膜特点及生产成本。实验结果表明 ,产品的性能指标符合国家标准GB/T 975 6— 2 0 0 1,是一种实用型的建筑内墙涂料。

A low cost interior wall coatings has been developed, which is formulated based on styrene/acrylic emulsion and silica sol as binder and mixed with bentonite, pigments and fillers and additives. The selection of raw materials, characteristics of film forming and production cost are discussed. It has shown that the technical specification of this product conforms to the state standard GB/T9756-2001, and is considered a practical interior wall coatings.
