阴极电沉积环氧涂层表面形态的扫描电子显微镜研究 被引量:2

摘要 以环氧型中厚膜阴极电泳涂料为模型 ,用扫描电子显微镜考察了不同电泳涂装参数及烘烤固化条件对电泳漆膜表观形态的影响。试验结果表明 :通过调节电泳电压和电泳时间 ,可以控制膜厚。对于在不同电压和电沉积时间得到的相同膜厚的电沉积膜 ,较低的电压、较高的固化温度和较短的固化时间均有利于获得平整、光滑、致密的涂层。 The influence of various painting technical parameters and baking schedules on the surface morphology of CED coatings film is studied by use of Scanning Electronic Microscope (SEM) based on medium and high build epoxy cathodic electrodeposition coatings as a model. It has shown that the film thickness can be controlled by adjustment of voltage and time. Lower voltage, higher baking temperature, and short baking time will be benefited for a smooth and compact coatings film.
