波面像差和角膜地形图在个性化角膜切削中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 近十年来,应用准分子激光对各种屈光不正进行手术矫正已日益被大众所接受。但是由于传统屈光手术引入的高阶像差使这些手术只能对患者眼睛的平均光学误差进行测量和矫正,术后会出现眩光、暗视力下降、对比敏感度降低等负效应。为了克服这些缺陷,并获得最优的视觉效果,人们迫切需要对角膜进行在波面像差或角膜地形图引导下的个性化切削。本文将对波面相差和角膜地形图的产生原理及测量以及它们在个性化角膜切削中的地位进行阐述。 In the recent decade, various refractive surgeries have been accepted by the public. However, because these traditional surgeries can only deal with the average optical error of human eyes, some side effects occurred, such as glaring, decreasing eyesight in the dark and falling contrastive sensitivity, which are all due to the higher order optical aberrations caused by these traditional surgeries. Fortunately, the newly developed technologies have been introduced, which are called wavefront or corneal tomography guided refractive surgery. This paper will focus on the introduction of wavefront aberration and corneal tomography and their roles in the customized corneal ablation.
