影响高山杜鹃生根的几个因素

FACTORS EFFECTING THE ROOTING OF RHODODENDRON DELAVAYI

从活性炭、培养基pH值、培养条件、碳源等方面讨论了影响高山杜鹃生根的因素 .活性炭有利于根的正常生长与发育 ;无琼脂的液体培养基生根明显快于固体培养基 ;培养基的pH值 5 .0～ 5 .5最适合杜鹃生根 ;蔗糖浓度对生根率无影响 ,但影响小苗根的生长速率 .

This report discussed the factors that affect the rooting of the Rhododendron delavayi, culture conditions, pH value, activated charcoal, concentration of the sucrose and agar were studied. Rhododendron cultured in the static liquid media rooted were earlier than those in the solid media; pH value of 5.0～5.5 was most effective to the rooting. Activated charcoal did good to the growth and development of the roots. The concentration of the sucrose took no effects to the rooting ratio of the Rhododendron delavayi. but affected the rate of the growth.
