摘要 由于血液及氧的供应不足使得恶性神经胶质瘤内部存在着大量的乏氧细胞团,乏氧细胞团内的癌细胞对放射线不敏感。氧增强放疗可有效地提高癌细胞对放射线的敏感性进而提高其放疗效率。这种方法简单易行、无副反应。近年来,对恶性神经胶质瘤病人进行的在体肿瘤氧分压的研究,为氧增强放疗的实施提供了新的、更为可靠的证据。
