熔融法生产聚合硫的研究

Study on Manufacture of Poly-sulphur by Molten Method

聚合硫 (也称为不溶性硫磺 )是硫原子的线性聚合体 ,其主要用途是作为优质橡胶硫化剂。本文介绍了采用熔融法来制备聚合硫的形成机理、工艺过程及生产过程中所需稳定剂、急冷剂及萃洗剂的选择 ,同时也简要介绍了聚合硫产品主要控制指标及分析方法等 ,并展望了熔融法在未来的聚合硫生产中将发挥重要的作用。

The poly-sulphur,called also the insoluble sulphur(IS),is the linear polymer of sulphur,and is mainly used as the top quality vuleanizing agent of the rubber. The formation mechanism of poly-sulphur, production process,and the choice of the stabilizing agent, the cooling medium and the extractant in the process of manufacture of poly-sulphur by molten method were introduced. The qualitative standards in control and the method of analysis were briefly introduced, too. It was predicted that the molten method would play a vital role in production in the future.
