This paper proposes to get rid of interference of measuring, pipeline and load, and to describe the pressure fluctuation by PSD estimation of time series, According to the new method, it can get fixed pressure fluctuation to separate interference from within and without of systems. It is clarified by experiments that the new method is precise.
