大功率船用柴油机缸套热应力光弹性分析

摘要 介绍用热光弹性实验分析某型号大功率船用柴油机缸套在凸缘和冷却水出口附近热应力场的方法,以探索解决该处在工作中出现的开裂现象,提出了切实可行的设计改进建议。并在用碳纤维和碳膜作发热体方面作了有益的尝试,进行了二维和三维模型实验,取得了相近的结果。 This paper presents the study on the thermal stress field caused by uneven temperatures around the flange and the cooling water exit in the cylinder liner of a high-power marine diesel engine. In this paper, the similarity relation of thermal photoelasticity has been descussed in detail and the two-dimensional uneven temperature field has been simulated. Carbon films and carbon fibres are used to give out heat in order to solve the unevenly heation problem and binding force existed in the past experiments. Besides the plane model experiment, three-dimensional model experiments have been made. The experimental results are close to the theoritical results calculated by the three-dimensional finite element method. This paper presents very valuable experiences for thermal photoelastic experiments and provides a reliable numerical basis for the analysis of thermal stresses and optimization design of diesel engines.
