摘要
结合近年来对标底审查工作的实践 ,分析探讨了标底编制中存在的问题 ,从严格遵循标底编制的原则 ,标底的保密与审定等方面 ,提出了标底编制的几点要求 ,以保证标底的高质量。
Combined with several years' practical experiences in pre tender audit the issues existed in pre tender estimation are analyzed; at the same time from several aspects corresponding specifications are proposed to estimate the lower limit on bid with high quality.
