摘要
通过实验选择聚乙二醇 (PEG15 0 0 )与聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 (PVP 30 0 0 0 )组合表面活性剂 (NH4) 2 SO4 H2 O形成双水相体系及其成相条件。研究水杨酸 (APC)和洛美沙星 (LFXC)氢键型药物在该双水相体系中的分配行为。结果表明 :该体系对APC和LFXC的萃取率分别为 10 2 %和 6 9.0 %。通过药物在该体系中的紫外吸收光谱及分子荧光光谱的变化 。
The phase separation conditions for aqueons two-phase system based on polyethylene glycol(PEG)1500-polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP)30,000-Salt-H 2O were examined. The extraction behaviours of two hydrogen bonding drugs hydroxybenzoic acid (APC) and lomefloxacin (LFXC) were carried out in this system. The experimental results showed that the extraction efficiency of APC was 102%, while that of LFXC was 69.0%. Through the comparison of different conditions and research on the ultraviolet and fluorescence spectra of drugs, the extraction mechanism of drugs was deduced.
