摘要
本试验对中华蜜蜂 (A .c .ceranaFab )和意大利蜜蜂 (A .m .ligusticaSpinola)的成年工蜂、幼虫中肠内蛋白酶、淀粉酶、蔗糖酶的活性进行了比较。试验结果显示 :中华蜜蜂、意大利蜜蜂幼虫之间三种酶活性差异均不显著 ;而中华蜜蜂、意大利蜜蜂的成蜂间蛋白酶活性差异显著 (P <0 0 5 ) ,意大利蜜蜂高于中华蜜蜂 ;淀粉酶和蔗糖酶的活性分别为差异显著 (P <0 0 5 )、差异极显著 (P <0 0 1 ) ,中华蜜蜂高于意大利蜜蜂 ;同一蜂种内 ,成年蜂中肠液内的三种酶活性 ,均高于大、小幼虫 ,且差异极显著 (P <0 0 1 )。
The activities of protease, amylase and sucrase in the midguts of adult worker bees and larvae were compared with Apis cerana cerana Fabricius and Apis mellifera ligustica Spionla. The results indicated that:three enzymes activities were no siginificant difference between A.c.cerana larvae and A.m.ligustica larvae;the protease activity in the adults midguts of A.m.ligustica was higher than that of A.c.cerana , the difference was marked (p<0.05); the amylase and sucrase activities in adults midguts of A.c.cerana were higher than that of A.m.ligustica , the differences were respectively marked(p<0.05), extremely marked(p<0.01); for one species, the activities of three digestive enzymes in the midguts of adult worker bees were stronger than those of larvae, and the differences were extremely marked(P<0.01).
