涤/锦织物与橡胶粘合效果的研究

摘要 本文提出在用于浸渍锦纶织物的RFL粘着剂中,加入芳香族化合物类的水杨酸钠(S)的方法,以增加涤纶和锦纶交织物与橡胶的粘合。试验优化了浸渍剂组分配方,使最终的橡胶制品能很好地满足产品标准的规定。文中阐述了涤/锦织物/RFLS粘着剂/橡胶体系的粘合机理,且发现,在RFL粘结的基础上,水杨酸钠能起很好的增粘作用。 The paper has proposed a new kind of adhesive used for increasing the adherence be- tween woven fabric interlaced by polyester with nylon filaments and rubber. The adhesive is obtained by adding sodium-solicylate (s) to resorcin, form aldehyde and latex (RFL) adhesive which is commonly used for nylon/rubber reinforcement. The optimum propor- tion ration of each constituent of the adhesive (RFL: S) is experimented and the rubber products reinforced by the fabrics can meet the property standard. The adherence princi- ples in the system of fabric (PET with nylon) /RFLS adhesive/rubber are analyzed. It is found that the sodium-solicylate can greatly help to increase the adhesion based on the ef- fect of RFL adhesion.
