摘要
本文采用热电偶测温方法,测定车缝过程中针温变化,对比有上、下缝纫线和无上、下缝纫线两种条件下针温的差异,分析缝纫线对降低针温的作用以及针温与缝纫线断裂的关系。
The sewing needle temperatures have been measured by means of thermocouples in the sewing conditions without thread and with thread, the results showing the differences between the two conditions. The effects of reduction in needle temperature and the rela- tions of needle temperature and thread breakage have been analyzed.
