摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定息斯敏片的含量及含量均匀度的方法。方法:采用Hypersil—ODS—C_(18)柱,甲醇—水(85:15)为流动相,检测波长为 285nm。结果:线性范围40～200μg ml^(-1);平均回收率:99.90％,RSD=0.80％。结论:方法快捷,准确,可信性强。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of the concent and concent uniformity of Astemozole Tablets. Methods: Chromatographic Conditions were Colum Hypersil-ODS2-Ci8. Mobile phase was methanol - water(85 : 15). UV dector wavelength was 285nm. Results: The Calibration is linear between 40 - 200μg ml-1 with correlation coefficent of 0. 9999;The mean recovery was 99. 90% ;RSD% = 0. 80%. Conclusion:The methord is rapid,accurate and reproducible.
