温州地区汉族群体D7S2846基因座的遗传多态性研究

A study of genetic polymorphism of the STR locus D7S2846 in Han population in We nzhou

目的 :研究STR位点D7S2 846在温州地区的遗传多态性 ,获得相应的群体遗传学数据。方法 :在温州地区随机抽取 194名无血缘关系汉族个体的静脉血 ,EDTA抗凝 ,用chelex10 0法提取DNA。应用PCR技术和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳分型。结果 :温州地区汉族群体D7S2 846基因座发现 6个等位基因及 15种基因型 ,其基因型分布符合HardyWeinberg平衡 (P >0 .0 5)。其杂合度 (H)、个人识别能力 (Dp)、非父排除率(PE)和多态性信息含量 (PIC)分别为 0 .644、0 .854、0 .3 4 7和 0 .63 0。结论 :D7S2

Objective: To study genetic polymorphism of D7S2846 locus in Han population in Wenzhou. Methods:The polymerase chain reaction(PCR)was used. D7S2846 loc us was amplified on DNA samples,which were extracted from 174 unrelated individu als' EDTA-blood by chelex￣100 method. The PCR products were analyzed by PAG vertical electrophoresis. Results:Six alleles and fifteen genotypes were found.The gen otype distribution of D7S2846 locus was in accordance with Hardy-Weinberg equ il ibrium(P>0.05). The discriminating power(Dp),observed heteroz y gosity(H),power of exclusion(PE)and polymorphism information content(PIC)were 0.854,0.644,0.347 and 0.63,respectively. Conclusion:The results demonstrated that this locus can be used in forensic medicine and in other genetic researches.
