摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法,测定棕榈氯霉素(B)型片中的棕榈氯霉素含量。方法:用C_8柱,1mol/L醋酸溶液—甲醇(18:82)为流动相,检测波长273nm。结果:进样量在2.0~3.0μg范围内与主峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率100.0%(RSD0.73%),重复进样RSD0.50%(n=6),主峰与氯霉素峰分离度31.9。结论:本法用于测定棕榈霉素(B)型片中棕榈氯霉素含量专属性强,可排除游离氯霉素等有关物质的影响,测定准确快速。
Objective: A HPLC method was established for the assay of chloramphenicol palmitate (polymorph B) tablets. Methods: THe HPLC conditions were C8 column,1 mol/L acetic acid solution-methanol(18 : 82) as mobile phase,and 273 nm as the detecting wavelength. Results:The main ingredient was successfully resolved to all the relative substances. The resolution between chloraphenicol palmitate peak and chloramphenicol peak was 31. 9. The standard curve was rectilinear within the injecting quantity range of 2. 0-3. 0 μg(r = 0. 9997). The average recovery was 100. 0% (RSD 0. 73%). RSD for replications was 0, 50% (n=6). Conclusion: This is a specific, accurate and reliable method for the assay of chloramphenicol palmitate (polymorph R) tablets.
