本体化与全球化:中国新闻传播国际教育尝试

摘要 在全球化发展的大背景下,国际教育的重要性日益提升,已经成为横跨经济、外交、教育、就业等多领域的重要国家战略,培养国外留学生学习国际传播业务开始被作为一项国家援外项目实施。中国传媒大学新闻传播学部自2012年起正式开设国际新闻与传播硕士研究生班(Master of International Journalism and Communication),旨在培养具有全球视野、战略思维的新闻传播学国际人才。截至2016年,该项目已经招收研究生88人,生源遍布五大洲51个国家和地区,具有跨文化、多语种、跨学科专业背景的特点。本文将从全球化的视角和历史发展的角度,分别探析发达国家与发展中国家的国际教育政策与尝试,并梳理分析中国国际教育的历史沿革与现状。在此理论基础上,本文从中国传媒大学硕士国际班的招生、管理、教学机制出发,总结当下在中国开展新闻传播国际教育的本土化教学经验,并为国际学生在跨文化学习中所遇到的文化冲击、语言障碍等问题提出相应的解决方法。 In the context of globalization,international education is now playing an increasingly crucial and strategic role in areas ranging from economy,diplomacy,education to employment.Hence,educational program of international journalism study for foreign students has been conducted as a national project.In 2012,the Faculty of Journalism and Communication,Communication University of China launched the program called'Master of International Journalism and Communication'for foreign students,aiming to cultivate international talents in journalism and communication with global vision and strategic thinking.By the year of 2016,the program has enrolled 88 graduate students from 51 different countries,featuring with cross-cultural and multi-language communication,and interdisciplinary background.On the basis of the development and current situation of both domestic and foreign international education,this paper tries to analyze the teaching and managing method of the Master’s program for International Journalism and Communication in Communication University of China,while drawing experience and raising solutions to foreign students’problems like cultural shock,language barriers and so on.
