多元语境下中美两国互联网信息治理体系的比较研究

Internet Information Governance System Comparison Between China and U.S.in Multi-contexts

新一轮信息科技风暴使互联网技术加速迭代、跨界融合。创新的信息交流模式更使得社会关系构建、舆论宣传方式、产业发展模式发生了深刻变革。但是,信息安全、谣言传播、隐私泄露、全球互联网治理博弈等问题,依然是阻碍互联网健康发展的顽疾。对于我国而言,由于互联网建设起步较晚,所以相关治理模式还不够成熟。本文通过对美国和中国的互联网信息治理体系进行比较研究,期待为我国政府未来推进互联网治理工作提供一些对策与建议。

A new round of information technology storm has expedited the updates of Internet technology and media convergence,and the innovative mode of information communication has brought about profound changes in the construction of social relations,public opinion and industrial development models.However,information security,spread of rumors,privacy leakage,the global Internet governance game,etc.still hamper the healthy development of the Internet.As China’s Internet construction started late,the relevant governance model is not mature enough.Through the interpretation of the Internet information governance system in the United States,this paper analyzes and compares the Internet governance model in China at the present stage so as to provide some suggestions for China’s government to promote Internet governance in the future.
