中国组织传播学文献的计量分析

A Quantitative Analysis of Organisational Communication Literature in China

本文梳理了中国知网收录的国内核心期刊中有关组织传播学的中文文献,分析了组织传播学研究在中国三十多年来的发展状况和趋势。本文认为:国内学者在最近十几年中对西方组织传播学研究表现出很大热情并取得了一定的成果,但文献总量并不大,并且学科显著性仍有不足,特别是理论创新和本土化方面的研究比较匮乏。总体来说,国内的组织传播学依然是比较薄弱的一个研究领域;跨学科研究的不足阻碍了组织传播学的发展,学科的专业化还未达到应有的深度;对国内组织有较多研究,对新型组织有少量研究,但对国际组织研究得极少。未来,国内学者还需要更加系统、专业地拓展组织传播研究的广度和深度,进行理论和实践相结合的跨学科研究和创新。

This paper collects and reviews Chinese literatures on orgnisational communication in core journals from China National Knowledge Intrastructure(CNKI),and analyzes the development and trends of organizational communication research in China during the past 30 years.Chinese researchers and scholars have shown great enthusiasm for organisation communication research which originates from the West and much has been achieved during the past ten years.However,the total amount of literatures is not large.The outstanding academic advantage has not yet formed domestically while theoretical innovations and localization are especially scarce.In summary,organisational communication research in China is still relatively weak.The lack of interdisciplinary studies has comparatively hindered the development of organisational communication domestically;and the professionalization of organisation communication as a discipline has not yet reached the depth it deserves.Many of current studies center on various types of domestic organisations with a small amount of research on new types of organisations.But research on international organisations remains a niche.Future organisational communication research in China needs to expand in a more systematic and professional way;and research with an interdisciplinary and innovative integration combining theory and practice would be especially welcomed.
