健康传播视野下临终关怀与死亡教育初探

An Analysis of the Hospice Care and Death Education in the Health Communication Field

近年来我国人口老龄化不断加重,但整个社会对临终人群的关注以及正视死亡的观念问题始终都没有得到相应的解决。本文希望通过对临终关怀、安乐死、死亡伦理和死亡教育等基本概念的理解入手,分析其内在联系,之后参考国内外对应领域的实施及发展情况,结合我国传统的文化、理念环境给出自身的理解与建议。最后,得出死亡教育是临终关怀事业发展关键所在的结论,并引用特鲁多医生的墓志铭强调一种"向死而生"的死亡观。

In recent years,China's aging population has been increasing,but the question that the whole community's concern for dying people as well as the perception of facing death still have not been resolved accordingly.In this paper,the basic concepts of hospice care,euthanasia,death ethics and death education are referred to analyze their internal relations.Then we consult the implementation and development of corresponding fields at home and abroad.After that,we shall combine those with Chinese traditional culture environment and attempt to present our own understanding and suggestions.Finally,we reach the conclusion that death education is the key segment of the development of hospice care,and doctor Trudeau's epitaph is quoted to emphasize a 'Facing Death' view of death.
