台湾地区主流报纸再现大陆籍女性配偶之形象分析

An Analysis of the Mainland Female Spouse's Image on Taiwan Residents Newspaper

为数众多的大陆籍女性配偶虽然扮演着台湾地区社会传宗接代或是廉价劳动力的来源角色,但却也被大众传播媒介所歧视,标签化成"大陆籍新娘",选择性地将其建构成低社经地位或是社会问题制造者的负面刻板形象。从社会认知观点来看,这种轻易或是蓄意的再现女性大陆籍女性配偶的负面形象不仅可能影响社会大众对大陆籍女性配偶的形象认知,也可能影响大陆籍女性配偶或是大陆籍女性配偶子女对于自我身分的认同感与归属感。因此,本研究的目的是以主题分析法针对2011年1月1日至2013年6月30日台湾地区四大报纸有关大陆籍女性配偶的新闻报导进行分析研究,具体聚焦于大陆籍女性配偶的个人形象与大陆籍女性配偶的整体形象两大面向。研究发现,台湾地区报纸新闻中的大陆籍女性配偶的个人形象已渐脱离负面的刻板印象再现,已大幅转向正面的描绘。但是,大陆籍女性配偶的整体形象仍然受限于特定报纸的意识形态,呈现鲜明的负面形象。综而言之,大陆籍女性配偶的媒介形象除了受语言、文化与经济因素的影响外,也受政治关系的影响。

Along with the cross—national marriage has become increasingly frequent and diverse,the number of foreign spouses has become the fifth largest ethnic group in Taiwan.Among them,the mainland spouse has the greatest number.Although these numerous foreign spouses play important roles of carrying on family name and the source of cheap labors in Taiwan society,but they also were labeled as 'foreign brides' by media,were intentionally negative stereotyped,such as low socioeconomic class and social problems.From social cognitive perspective,this simplified or deliberate portrayal of negative image of female foreign spouses may not only affect the public to recognize the image of the foreign spouses,and may also affect foreign spouses' or their children's self—identity of identity and belonging.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to analysis four main newspaper in Taiwan,specific focus on the mainland female spouse's personal image and the mainland female spouses in general.The study found that the personal image of female Mainland spouse has shifted from negative stereotyped portrayals to positive images.However,the image as a whole is still restricted to relatively negative image reflected ideology of certain newspaper group.In conclusion,the mainland female spouse's media image is affected not only by language,culture and economic factors,also affected by the political reasons.
