摘要
九一八事变初期,仍处国民党派系斗争阴影下的《中央日报》在总编辑赖琏'不求有功但求无过'的心态下,以'国联外交'为中心建构中日国际形象、为政府'不抵抗'辩护。1932年5月以程沧波为首实行社长制后增强了民意维度,但在国民党政府的制度操控与新闻政策钳制下,产生的是对'不抵抗'的错位抨击、热河战事的夸大报道以及对国联在斗争中拥护的双重态度。处在民族危机与党报转型的十字路口,《中央日报》淡化官方色彩、实行企业化的尝试对九一八事变后续进程的新闻报道和言论有所影响,但对政治宣传型管理体制的超越有限,某种程度上仍是派系色彩的一种演进。
At the breakout of September 18 th Incident,the Central Daily News,which was still in the shadow of clique confliction of KMT,was leaded by Lai Lian to construct international image of China and Japan and debate for the nonresistance policy of government under the League of Nations diplomatic policy.The elements of public opinion was strengthened after Cheng Cangbo’s transformation of president system in May 1932 s,but rendered malposed criticism to nonresistance,exaggerated report of Rehe battle and Dual attitude of fighting while supporting to League of Nation.At the crossroad of national crisis and party newspaper transformation,the Central Daily News’attempt of transformation exerted some influence on its report about the follow-up process of September 18 th Incident,but there were very few advancements to the political propaganda management system of KMT,thus still a kind of evolution of clique newspaper.
