摘要
关注学习者核心素养的培育,在当前已经成为教育改革的热点,缘由是其着眼于人的公民素养与社会责任的培育。若就成人学习者而言,其更是面临着一个从学历的追求、资格证书的获得,到着眼于朝向"成人"与"成事"的过程转化。处在一个终身学习的新时代,如何重点关注成人学习从谋求一个"饭碗"到追求精神教养提升的理想目标实现,这不仅是时代发展的必然,同时也是成人教育在当下必须肩负的新使命与新任务。为此,成人教育的发展需要围绕核心素养的培育进行深化改革和创新,应该构建基于核心素养的成人教育课程体系,并关注成人教育中教育者的核心素质培养。
The cultivation of adult learners’ key competences has become a hot spot in the current education reform owing to the fact that it focuses on the cultivation of citizenship and social responsibility. As far as adult learners are concerned, they are facing the transformation from the pursuit of academic qualifications and certificates toward that of becoming useful and accomplished persons for the society. In the new era of lifelong learning, how to transform from pursuing a 'rice bowl' to the ideal goal of spiritual education and promotion is not only an inevitable development of the times, but also a new mission that adult education must shoulder at present. To this end, the development of adult education needs to deepen reform and innovation around the cultivation of key competences and building a competence-oriented curriculum system. The cultivation of core qualities of adult educators should also be stressed.
