加工方式与面孔识别能力的关系

摘要 很多研究证实,整体加工在面孔认知中有着非常重要的作用。有研究表明,个体的面孔再认能力与整体加工能力有关。但也有研究表明,特征信息在面孔加工中起重要作用,我们采用面孔反转效应范式来研究整体加工和特征加工与面孔识别能力的关系。研究采用再认绩效敏感度指标d’作为因变量。实验让33个被试依次完成花朵再认任务、正立面孔再认任务和反转面孔再认任务。结果发现,正立面孔与花朵相关不显著;以花朵绩效为协变量,正立面孔与反转面孔的差和正立面孔呈相关显著(r=0.39);正立面孔与反转面孔相关显著(r=0.45)。实验支持了这样一种假设:面孔认知能力不仅与整体加工能力有关,而且与特征加工有关,并且这两种加工不同于物体加工。
