摘要
将HH368Q汽油机改装成汽油/CNG双燃料发动机,在相同试验条件下,分别对燃用汽油和CNG时的动力性和排放性能进行对比试验,结果表明,改装后的发动机燃用CNG时比燃用汽油时的动力性下降13%;在怠速和中、小负荷工况时排放却比燃用汽油时有明显下降。同时,还对三元催化反应器对燃用CNG时的催化效率和CNG作为代用燃料时发动机存在的问题进行了讨论。
Comparison tests of dynamic performance and emissions characteristics of gasoline/CNG bifuel engine modified by a HH368Q gasoline engine, under the same test conditions, are studied in this paper. Based on the experiments, the maximal power of the engine fueled with CNG (compress natural gas) is less than that of the engine fueled with gasoline by 13 %. While under the idlespeed, low load and medium load conditions, the emission level of the engine fueled with CNG is obviously lower. Additionally, the catalyzing efficiency of the threeway catalyst for natural gas fuel and the problems of the engine fueled with natural gas, as a alternative fuel, are discussed.
