改性醋酸纤维素反渗透膜的研究

摘要 本文描述了对醋酸纤维素进行紫外辐照接枝,提高了膜的反渗透性能,尤其改善了膜的耐压密性。对几种膜因素如“蒸发时间,热处理温度,冷凝时间等对膜的反渗透性能的影响”进行了研究。结果表明,该膜在操作压力为20kg/cm^2,以自来水为进料液的条件下,脱盐率可达96.1%,水通量为0.45m^3/m^2·d。 In this paper,the radiation grafting of caprolactam to CA a casting solution of ace- tone and formamide using UV-irradiating in initiator present is descried.The modified membranes show higher separating properties than the CA membrane especially the com- paction resistance.The effects of some manufacture varies on membrane properties such as evaporation time,thermal treatment temperature,coagulation time were investigated.The result express that under operating pressure 20kg/cm^2,the best result the membranes from the condition above is a flux of 0.45m^3/m^2.d and a salt rejection of 96.1%with water.
