摘要
本文从高校图书馆以"为读者服务"为宗旨出发,提出了"读者第一,服务至上"的服务理念。结合图书馆的工作实际,阐述了馆员要从小事着手,致力于服务语言艺术的运用;强调了馆员与读者之间要换位思考,双赢沟通的重要性;并提出了要在服务工作中实现"人文关怀",馆员必须不断提高自身素质,增强学科知识,以及图书馆领导对馆员的人文关怀的不可或缺性。
Based on the principle that university libraries should be at readers'service,this paper proposes a service philosophy of'Readers First,Service the Best'.Through library practice,the paper illustrates that librarians should not overlook even the insignificant matters.They should attach great importance to the artistic use of language and the win-win communication through the position-shifting-thinking method.It also proposes that to realize the humanistic concern,the up- dating of librarians'professional knowledge and their personal qualities as well as the humanistic concern of library lead- ers to librarians are a must.
