自媒体时代网络募捐的优化途径——以“小凤雅”事件为例 被引量:1

摘要 新媒体的出现打破了传统媒体的信息垄断,对受众议程的影响不容小觑。自媒体在没有全部核实真相的情况下,一味地靠眼球新闻使舆论戏剧性反转,不仅诱发网络暴力,更不利于和谐社会的营造。本文以2018年4月份的"小凤雅网络募捐"事件为例,试图探讨自媒体时代网络募捐的优化途径。"小凤雅事件"折射出一系列的网络募捐漏洞,归根结底在于法律的缺失。捐助渠道的透明化,依法成立慈善组织,政府履行监督责任是解决网络募捐公信力不断下降的必然路径。
