摘要
用毛细管气相色谱法一次分析丹参片等四种中成药中六六六(α、β、γ、δ BHC)、DDT(P,P' DDE、P,P' DDD、O,P' DDT、P,P' DDT)、五氯硝基苯(PCNB)和艾氏剂(Aldrin).方法灵敏度高,最低检测浓度为1.0～3.8ng/g,精密度1.70%～6.89%(RSD),加样回收率82.9%～98.6%.实验结果表明,四种中成药的有机氯农药残留量较低,均符合我国对植物药和制剂的进出口行业标准.
The residues of BHC(α?β?γ?δ-BHC), DDT(P,P′-DDE?P,P′-DDD?O,P′-DDT?P,P′-DDT), PCNB and Aldrin in salvia miltiorrhiza tablets etc. 4 kinds of traditional Chinese preparations were determined by GC/ECD. The method was rapid and accurate. The lowest detection concentration was 1.0-3.8 ng/g. The relative standard deviation was 1.70%-6.89%. The average recovery was 82.9%-98.6%. It showed that the organochlorine pesticide residues in the 4 traditional Chinese preparations were very low. They were all corresponded to the import and export professional standards of plant medicine and preparation of our country.
