摘要
合成了新的锰配合物[MnLCl]·ClO4·CH3OH(L=1,4 二亚甲基苯并咪唑 1,4,7 三氮环壬烷),测定了该配合物的单晶结构,用ES MS、EPR、CV、UV等多种手段进行了表征.测定了该配合物的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及锰过氧化氢酶(MnCAT)的活性.实验结果表明,该配合物既具有良好的超氧化物歧化酶活性,又具有好的过氧化氢酶活性.
A new manganese (II) complex ·ClO_4·CH_3OH (L=1,4-bis(benzimidazole-2-ylmethyl)-1,4,7-triazacyclonone) was synthesized and characterized by ES-MS, EPR, CV, UV and other physical methods. Its crystal structures were determined by X-ray analyses. The superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and manganese catalase(MnCAT) activity of this complex were investigated. The results show that the complex displayed not only high SOD activity, but also high MnCAT activity.
