内置式膜式氧合器模型氧合效果的评价 被引量:6

Evaluation of Oxygen Transfer Rate of Intravenous Membrane Oxygenator Modules

摘要 设计了三种不同编排方式的静脉内中空纤维膜式氧合器(IVOX)模型,用Na2SO3的水溶液进行了氧合器的水气传质实验,以Na2SO3的氧化反应来模拟血红蛋白的氧合,并且建立了符合此体系的半经验数学模型,求算相应的血氧交换速率.结果表明,纤维的编排方式对氧合器的氧合效果有显著的影响,网线式的编排具有最好的氧合效果. Oxygen transfer rate of intravenous membrane oxygenator (IVOX) modules made of polypropylene hollow fibers were evaluated in vitro experiments using Na_(2)SO_(3) solution instead of blood. A semi-empirical mathematical model was established to predict oxygen- blood transfer rates in IVOX. The results showed that the modules geometry and packing of hollow fibers affected the transfer rates remarkably. The IVOX module with reticulated woven fibers had the highest blood-oxygen transfer rate.
