摘要
提出了一种新型零电压零电流转换 (ZVZCT)软开关单元 ,并基于该开关单元 ,构造了BuckZVZCTPWM变换器和BoostZVZCTPWM变换器 ,形成新型ZVZCTPWM直流变换器族。详细分析了BuckZVZCTPWM变换器的工作原理 ,主开关管实现了零电压零电流开关 ,辅助开关管实现了零电流开通、零电压零电流关断 ,续流二极管实现了零电压零电流关断、零电压开通。该软开关单元不但适合于少子器件 ,而且适合于多子器件 ,同时保持PWM控制的特点。
A novel zero voltage zero current transition (ZVZCT) soft switching cell is presented.Based on the proposed soft switching cell,novel Buck ZVZCT PWM converter and Boost ZVZCT PWM converter are built and so novel ZVZCT PWM converter family is obtained.The operation principle of Buck ZVZCT PWM converter is given in detail as an example and zero voltage zero current switching is realized main switch,zero current turn on and zero voltage zero current turn off is achieved in auxiliary switch,zero current zero voltage turn off and zero voltage turn on is implemented in freewheeling diode at the same time.In addition,the proposed ZVZCT soft switching cell is not only suitable for DC DC converter with minority carrier device,but with majority carrier device,both in pulse width modulation(PWM) control.Simulated analysis and experimental results of Buck ZVZCT PWM converter completely verify theoretical analysis.
