基于因果模型的级联型差补逆变器的故障诊断 被引量:1

摘要 当级联型逆变器采用差补PWM技术时 ,开关器件的开路故障可观测性大大增加。本文通过对两重级联型差补逆变器的分析 ,建立了故障与输出波形之间的因果模型 ,并且证明这一模型是一一对应的。介绍了采用BP神经网络对输出波形进行故障识别的方法 。 There are more fault information containing in output waveform,hence fault diagnosis can be carried out based on analysis of output waveform.Analysis of two cell cascaded inverter is presented.Causal fault model is built between fault and affected output waveform,and one fault is corresponding to one fault waveform.Diagnosis based on BP neural network is proposed.Experimental result obtained with two cell cascaded inverter is presented.
