摘要 按照H级绝缘要求设计的新型空心电抗器 ,采用NOMEX纸作为绝缘材料 ,提高了空心电抗器耐热等级。通过空心电抗器磁场 -电路耦合首先计算磁场、电感和电流等参数 ,然后将计算得到的焦耳热作为流场 -温度场耦合计算的热源。得到空心电控器的温度场分布。这样在设计阶段就可以对空心电抗器进行热性能分析 ,从而保证设计的电抗器满足绝缘要求。对采用玻璃纤维和NOMEX纸作绝缘材料的空心电抗器进行比较 ,结果表明 ,采用新型绝缘材料后 ,电抗器结构变小 。 A new type air core reactor with NOMEX paper as insulation material is proposed in this paper.The new type air core reactor is designed according to H level of insulation,so the heat resisting level of reactor is improved.Magnetic field,inductance and current are computed firstly by coupled magnetic-circuit model.Then the Joule heat calculated from magnetic-circuit is coupled into the calculation of fluid-thermal field as heat generation load.The distribution of temperature field of air core reactor is obtained.The comparison between calculated values and measured values shows that the coupled method has high accuracy.The parameters of new type reactor are also compared with those of traditional reactor.Results show that the size and the weight of new type air core reactor are decreased.
